John is a Partner at PwC and leads the retail and commercial banking consulting practice. He is also PwC's EMEA FS Technology leader. John has led a number of large transformation programmes through the full lifecycle in retail, commercial and investment banks in the UK and Europe. John particularly focuses on large IT transformations and change programmes, having worked for 8 years at IBM before joining PwC 10 years ago.

Andrew is the Global lead for strategic partnerships with fintechs and critical service providers for the financial services industry. He works towards enabling the future state of the financial services ecosystem, defining and influencing product strategy and enabling commercial models for embedded finance.
